Mr Chetty has over 16 years of experience in the Architecture/Built Environment industry and is a registered Professional Architect. Professional Architect ( BAS, MArch, Pr Arch, SACAP ) Mr Kireshen Chetty has over 16 years of experience in the Architecture/Built Environment industry and is a registered Professional Architect. Mr Chetty was awarded scholarships to study Architecture based on his academic results and in 2006 received the Golden Key Achievement Award for being amongst the top 15% of students internationally for merit in their respective field of study. After graduating with his Bachelors degree, he completed his in-service training and continued working at 3 very reputable Architectural firms. He thereafter went on to complete his Masters in Architecture higher degree. During the final year of his Masters, he received three University Academic Awards and went on to win the runner up Corobrik Award for his Dissertation and Design.
He has worked on different scaled projects and has gained vast experience over the years. His expertise expands from Architecture, Interior design, Landscape Architecture and Project Management. He is able to critically evaluate projects from an architectural background, and ensure that all relevant documentation, projections and budgets are adhered to from a project management background. He has also ensured that he is constantly updating his BIM self skill and development.
Mr Chetty has had the opportunity to work on varied Architectural large scale and small scale projects in his career with some notable listed below:
- UKZN Reconfiguration to CTO and Electronics – Education: Principal Agent
- Jika Joe Housing – Housing: Principal Agent responsible for documentation of project. Management of project from stage 1 – stage 6. ( R400 Million)
- Umgeni Water Upgrade – Upgrade and Refurbishment to existing building interiors: Principal Agent responsible for design and documentation of project. Management of project from stage 1 – stage 6. ( R 20 million) ( Client: Umgeni Water)
- VCCE Houses – Private Estate Residences (6): Principal Agent responsible for design and documentation of project. Management of project from stage 1 – stage 6.( R 40 million)
- Ixopo Clinic – Health: Principal Agent responsible for design and documentation of project. Management of project from stage 1 – stage 6. (R20 million)

Mr Burath has over 20 years of experience in the Civil Engineering industry and is a registered Professional Engineer. Although being a specialist in Water and Sanitation, his Technical expertise expands over a host of Various other Disciplines ( Structural, Civils, Roads, Asset Management). His expertise also expands in the Built Environment and Development space and provides great understanding from an Engineering perspective on a Macro level. His key strengths include strategic business development and business turnaround strategies.

He is currently in the process of completing his BCom Degree in Project Management via Regent Business School. His future goals entails himself been a key member of a team aimed at satisfying the expectations of the client and organisation.
